INVESTMENT AGREEMENT

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Second Party agrees to invest the amount of PKR _______________________ (in words: ___________________________________________________) in the poultry farming business operated by the First Party.
  2. The investment duration is one (1) year starting from the date of signing.
  3. The First Party shall pay a daily profit as per the agreed investment plan. The current plan is attached as Schedule‑A.
  4. Profit will be transferred daily into the nominated account(s) provided by the Second Party.
  5. The First Party reserves the right to revise profit rates with prior notice. Any change will not affect ongoing agreements.
  6. The First Party shall bear all operational risks of the poultry business. The Second Party’s investment is secured against business assets.
  7. Both parties agree to act in good faith and resolve disputes amicably.
  8. This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction: Courts in Mardan, KPK.

PROFIT PAYOUT CLAUSE

The First Party shall pay the daily profit to the Second Party for a period of one year. Profit will be credited every 24 hours to the designated account(s). In case of any technical delay, payment will be made within 48 hours.

The First Party provides the following documents as security:

  • Company Registration Certificate
  • FBR Tax Certificate
  • Ownership Proof of Poultry Farms
